Knowledgeable sales rep (Rhod) explained options and helped me make informed decisions and was flexible when we had to reschedule install. Kyle and Anthony did a great job installing. On time. Tidy work, took care to put down drop cloths and minimize mess. cleaned up everything after. Rachel helped troubleshoot setup of the Daikin One smart thermostat. Sue took care of all the billing. End to end, well orchestrated and pleasant experience.

Extremely satisfied with the service from Practical Systems. My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year, and I was fortunate enough to have a technician named Noah repair the problem in an efficient and high-quality manner. He was very friendly, patient and talked through everything that he was checking throughout his evaluation of my furnace to uncover the problem. I learned quite a bit from him actually!
